LGD3303 powder is an orally active nonsteroidal SARM that shows potential to increase muscle mass and BMD in rat models. When dosed in castrated rats with androgen deficiencies this compound did not stimulate the ventral prostate despite significantly increasing the dosage. These findings suggest that this compound does not negatively impact androgenic organs, which is a component of the ideal anabolic SARM.

04 LGD3303 powder General Description
LGD3303 is a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) developed to prevent muscle wasting, treat Osteoporosis, greatly enhance lean muscle growth potential and help older individuals maintain strength and lean tissue.
It is non-steroidal, and is ingested orally. It binds to the androgen receptor with an extremely high affinity and selectivity, and once it does this it exerts exceptional anabolic effects in muscle and bone, equating to a large increase in muscle size and strength.
As far as how androgenic LGD3303 powder is, it is a full agonist on muscle and a partial agonist on the prostate.
LGD3303 shares a very similar chemical structure to LGD4033, which is a far more “mainstream” and popular SARM, notorious for its’ fantastic mass building properties relative to the other most commonly used SARMs.
LGD3303 is going to be up there at the top of the list with the other most potent SARMs in terms of size and strength gains.
What you can expect from LGD3303 is a fairly substantial boost in lean, dry mass gains, with a considerable increase in strength and muscular endurance.
05 LGD3303 powder (1196133-39-7) History
LGD3303, like LG121071, was developed by Ligand Pharmaceuticals. The chemical structure of LGD3303 resembles that of LGD4033, another SARM developed by Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Some of the people who have used LGD4033 say it’s the most powerful SARM that athletes can buy at the moment. LGD3303 is not yet available on the market, and as far as we know no doping test has been developed for it yet either. And that’s kind of strange. For the other SARMS we are pestering you about in this post, tests have already been developed whereas, on paper, this particular SARM is head and shoulders above the other substances.
We borrowed the figures below from a 2009 publication , which shows the effect of orally administered LGD3303 in rats. The solid black line represents the size of the prostate, the size of the levator ani and the concentration of LH in intact animals. The vertical bars represent the same values in castrated animals. In terms of muscle mass, a dose of 1 mg per kg per day of LGD3303 was sufficient to completely replace the natural testosterone production. The human equivalent of this dose, for a man weighing 80 kg, would be about 11 mg per day. Animal studies have shown that a combination of LGD3303 and bisphosphonate protects bone mass. 
06 LGD3303 (1196133-39-7) Mechanism of action
LGD3303 has been developed to help address a wide range of conditions. However, the most important is its ability to maintain the beneficial effects of androgens in improving muscle mass and bone density without side effects. Although the selective mechanism of LGD3303 and other SARMs is not yet clearly understood even with ongoing research, it is clearly a big leap from the usual anabolic steroids. Once LGD3303 is injected into the body or taken orally, it will trigger androgenic action on a cellular level.
However, it should be remembered that the human body contains millions of cells and a substance that triggers androgenic effects in each of these cells would have devastating side effects. That is why LGD3303 is termed as selective. Instead of triggering androgenic action in all cells, it will only target muscle tissue and skeletal cells.
This is the main reason why LGD3303 has been used as a supplement in bodybuilding and also as a possible treatment for people who have issues with bone density. LGD3303 could also have other positive benefits. However, because the drug is still under research, these potential benefits are not yet clear.
07 LGD3303 (1196133-39-7) Application
Although LGD3303 is still an experimental SARM, there are a few potential benefits that it could offer. To start with, LGD3303 is able to offer effective androgenic action without affecting androgenic organs. This is a big plus because compared to steroids which were earlier used as substitutes for SARMs, the side effects are very minimal.
LGD3303 has the potential to aid in increased muscle mass and bone density. For bodybuilders, this is a very important feature. While to be fair most SARMs will influence building up muscle, on the tests done so far, LGD3303 has been very effective.
LGD3303 has also been seen to have an effect in improving the metabolic action. This is significant in the sense that people who want to cut fat can leverage on the SARM as an aid to achieve their fat loss goals. However, stacking LGD3303 with other equally effective SARMs and having a strong exercise regimen is important if results will be achieved.
08 LGD3303 (1196133-39-7) More Research
A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in Nov. 2017 found that many SARM products contain unapproved substances, hormones, and steroids. The researchers also found that some of these drugs have incorrect and/or misleading labeling.
For the study, the researchers analyzed 44 drugs marketed as SARMS using procedures approved by the World Anti-Doping Agency for detecting banned substances in athletes. They found that 39% of the supplements contained unapproved drugs, like banned growth hormones or steroids, while 25% contained similar substances not even included on the label. In 59% of the products tested, the amount of compounds listed on the label was significantly different than what the analysis actually found.
