04 SR9009 powder General Description
SR9009 powder is a Rev-ErbA agonist developed by Professor Thomas Burris from The Scripps Research Institute. His initial findings were published in the journal of Natural Medicine documenting that Stenabolic supplementation significantly increased weight loss, stamina, and endurance, while lowering blood cholesterol, inflammation, and the risk for developing heart disease. Professor Burris’ research found that the Stenabolic supplementation led to a 50% increased metabolic activity in skeletal muscle, even when exercise was restricted. The animals in the study developed muscles just like an athlete who had been training, even though they were sedentary. The Stenabolic supplementation also caused resting metabolic rate to increase in the absence of exercise.

Stenabolic (sr9009) powder was developed at the Scripps research institute by Professor Thomas Burris. It is NOT a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator), but it is a Rev-Erba agonist drug. All the effects observed for SR9009 derive from REV-ERB (NR1D1, NR1D2) activation in the body. REV-ERB affects the circadian behavior of mice, altering their activity and sleep patterns.
Besides its effect on the circadian rhythm (suppression of BMAL1 production),REV-ERB affects many other functions related to energy production.
REV-ERB is mainly found in liver, muscle, and fat tissue:
Liver: REV-ERB affects the rhythm of 90% of the about 900 genes under circadian control in mice liver. It turns off the genes that produce glucose withoutaltering insulin sensitivity. It also turns on genes that generate new fat cells and reduces the inflammatory response(by affecting macrophage production).
Muscles: REV-ERB promotes the burning of fat, increases the activity of mitochondria, and promotes the generation of new while decreasing the destruction of old mitochondria.
Fat cells: REV-ERB turns off the genes responsible for storing fat and decreases triglyceride production.
